Every year in the UK we are contributing a staggering amount of single use plastic into our environment, be that landfill, the oceans and waterways, or the incinerator. What Happens to a SNOAP Dispenser at the End of Its Life?

SNOAP dispensers are designed to be refilled, reused and to
keep doing their job for years. But we've also thought about what happens when
they eventually reach the end of their usable life.

The SNOAP Refillable Soap Dispenser System changes the
repeated cycle of buying, using and disposing of bottles of liquid wash.

The dispenser stays. The bars are the refills.

So our first priority is simple: to make a dispenser that
can be refilled and used again and again, for years.

And when it reaches the end?

We want it back.

As SNOAP grows, we're introducing an end-of-life return
initiative so that old dispensers don't simply become waste.

Once we've accumulated enough returned dispensers to make
processing viable, the plastic can be chipped and re-extruded, allowing the
material to be repurposed and given another useful life.

We haven't processed our first batch yet for one very good
reason:

Our dispensers are still out there doing their job.

When enough eventually reach the end of their usable lives,
we'll be ready for them.

When asked "Why Choose Us" the answer was simple, we care, we really do.
We care about what we put on our skin & hair and that of our children, after all 2-5% of it is absorbed by the body and discovering that most liquid hand & body wash is detergent based was a real shock.
We care about what we put into the environment. SNOAP was born out of a horrible realisation during the first Covid lockdown of the sheer amount of single use plastic my family was using on a weekly basis. It was glaringly evident when we spent days, weeks, months in close quarters the massive impact each of us was having on the environment and I knew we had to change our choices.
We care about the cost of living, things are going up in price all around us, so we wanted to make a product of affordable luxury.
So we focused on making SNOAP a brand of exceptional quality that the whole family can use with all the convenience of a liquid dispenser but with all the environmental, skin kind and cost saving benefits of solid soap/shampoo.
