I cannot quite believe how long it’s been since I last wrote a blog. I always aim to keep these updates fresh and relevant — and I fully intended to follow up my Dragons’ Den Blog just a week or two after the last one...but what I wasn’t prepared for was the whirlwind that followed.
Between the Thursday night we aired and Sunday evening, I received over 16,000 messages. Yes, really! I’m still working through them all, so if I haven’t replied to yours yet — please know I will get there, and thank you for your patience and kindness.
From 8.06pm to 851 Orders Before Midnight
Likewise, I wasn’t quite prepared for the thousands of orders that flooded in. The very first order came through at 8.06pm — while we were still on TV! By midnight, we’d received 851 individual orders, and they just kept coming.
To every single person who has placed an order, sent a message, left a review, or given us constructive feedback — thank you from the bottom of my heart. We read everything, and every bit of feedback is treasured (even the “tough love” messages — though some haven’t been easy to read).
From 2 to 8 Team Members in a Weekend
Our tiny team of 2 on Thursday 27th February suddenly grew to 8 by the following Monday. That team included amazing friends, some temporary heroes, and brand-new SNOAP recruits who rolled up their sleeves and got stuck in. I’m beyond proud of what we achieved in those wild early days — and I’m thrilled to say we’re hiring again next month (stay tuned for more on that in a future blog!).
Outsourcing our marketing was another huge leap. As someone who loves doing everything herself, this was a tough decision — but the right one. It’s freed me up to focus on things like… well, writing this blog!
The Global Reach of Dragons’ Den
I had no idea how far the reach of Dragons’ Den extended. Since the episode aired, I’ve received messages from Papua New Guinea, Cyprus, the Baltics, South Africa, the Nordics… and so many more. I’ve had job offers (yes, multiple!), investment offers, and countless people asking to become our distributors — some of which are now progressing to very exciting discussions.
We’re also incredibly fortunate to have two amazing Dragons supporting SNOAP. Their belief in what we’re building means the world.

I’ve been blown away by the support at my recent speaking gigs — whether that’s with NatWest, SBS, or Business Monmouthshire. The turnout has been phenomenal and genuinely humbling.

Big news: we’ve officially secured our first-ever retail stockist! A huge shoutout to the wonderful Keith at Our Precious Earth in Minehead — a treasure trove of sustainability. If you’re in the area, pop in and say hi. It’s definitely worth a visit!

130,000 Bottles Stopped — Thanks to You
Another milestone worth shouting about: we’ve now prevented over 130,000 single-use plastic bottles from ending up in our environment. That’s all down to our incredible army of SNOAPYs — you’ve made this possible. Every refill, every bar, every choice matters.
We only just turned off the Dragons’ Den Deal — it’s been so popular that we kept it running longer than planned. But all good things must come to an end…
