Terms and Conditions for the ‘SNOAP Waterhaul Spudos VanLoveFest Summer Giveaway’ Competition
The competition is organised by Odonata International Limited T/A SNOAP of 8 Raleigh Walk, Brigantine Place, Cardiff, CF10 4LN, Waterhaul Ltd of 14a Church Street, Falmouth, Cornwall, TR11 3DR, Spudos Ltd of 15 Manor Grove, London, W4 2LJ, and VanLoveFest Ltd, The Glade, Watkinsons Farm, Black Drove, PE13 5JJ – hereinafter referred to as ‘We’ or ‘Us’.
Entering the competition:
* Entries received after the stated closing date of 11:59pm GMT on 19th July 2025 will not be accepted.
* The competition is free to enter. No purchase is necessary.
* We do not accept responsibility for entries that are lost or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, technical malfunction, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.

* We reserve the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
Eligibility:
- Unless otherwise stated, the competition is open to everyone except employees of Odonata International Limited T/A SNOAP, Waterhaul Ltd, Spudos Ltd, and VanLoveFest Ltd, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the competition.
* Entrants must be aged 18 years and over and resident in the UK.
* When entering, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. We may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the competition.
* We reserve all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the competition.
The Draw:

Two winners will be chosen at random. Winners will be announced on 20th July 2025 during a live video on the @snoapuk Instagram and Facebook at 12:00 midday UK GMT.
* The winners will be notified by direct message on Instagram (using details provided at entry) within 3 days of being chosen and must provide a postal address to claim the prize. If a winner does not respond to the message within 7 days of being notified, the winner’s prize will be forfeited and we reserve the right to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
* The prize will be sent to the winners within 7 days of the winners responding to the direct message on Instagram.
* The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. We reserve the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
* Our decision regarding any aspect of the competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Limitation of liability:
Insofar as is permitted by law, we, and our agents or distributors, will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of us, our agents or distributors, or that of our employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Data protection and publicity:
We are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy and will only use your personal information in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and our privacy notices. By entering, you agree that any personal information provided by you with your entry may be held and used by us, or our agents and suppliers, to administer the competition and for marketing purposes by SNOAP, Waterhaul, Spudos and VanLoveFest.
Governing law:
This competition is governed by English and Welsh law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts. We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions from time to time, and any updated version will be effective as soon as it is published on the website.
